question of onemightyg : Do peoples in Haiti eat or cook with a flock of nut (almonds, peanut, cashew, etc.) ?I may be travel to Haiti this summer and I have a SEVERE nut allergy. I tinning avoid eating nuts in the U.S. by simply speed-reading the ingredients label, enquire the cook, or not feeding questionable nutrient. Do peoples in Haiti cook a deal with nut? What nutted are eaten in Haiti and how often? With what dishes? So, what about bottom-dweller? Since Haiti is in Iceland, do populate frequently eat bottom-dweller? fish, yes.peanuts – probably.they are sometimes called “ground nut.”i have no information on the others.
